Does Smallcakes Snellville only serve cupcakes?
We are a Cupcakery and Creamery. We bake 15 different cupcake varieties fresh daily. We also serve 11 ice cream flavors daily handmade by us in the store. You may also find fresh cookies daily. Our menu includes over 300 rotating flavors of cupcakes and we regularly add exciting new flavors. For daily flavor offerings, please refer to the menu HERE or on facebook or instagram @smallcakessnellville . In addition, we serve a variety of specialty/seasonal beverages such as milkshakes, coffee, hot cocoa, lemonades.

Just how big are your gourmet cupcakes?
SmallCakes cupcakes are bigger than the average standard size cupcake. By industry standard they are considered jumbo cupcakes at 3 1/2" diameter.

Do you only offer one size of cupcakes?
We also offer mini cupcakes. Signature Flavor mini cupcakes are available by 24 hour advance pre-order only. The minimum order for minis are one dozen.

How much notice do you need for an order for cupcakes?
Typically we require at least 24 hours in advance for a Signature Flavor cupcake order. Large quantities (5 dozen +) or additional customization require additional time.

How do I place an order for cupcakes? We bake 14 different cupcake varieties fresh daily to have available at our shop. You may order Signature flavors online, by phone and in-store. Payment is required secure the order. Signature flavors are available for pick-up in 24 hours. Special flavors are available based on our planned menu. Custom cakes availability varies.

If you'd like a Special flavor (i.e. Strawberry - only offered on Saturdays) on a different day than the menu, a minimum order of one dozen is required.

At the beginning of each month, we choose additional special flavors and add holiday flavors accordingly.

How do I place and order for custom cakes?
Custom cakes require a minimum of 10 days notice depending on design complexity. You must send an inquiry with detailed info (images are helpful). We will contact you within 2-3 business days via email with availability and pricing. After confirming your request, you will receive an invoice to secure scheduling. Your order is not scheduled until your invoice is paid in full. Pick-up times are limited, therefore immediate payment is recommended to secure your desired date. Unpaid invoices are subject to cancellation based on availability.
How do I cancel an order?
Please contact a store manager via phone or email for cancellations. All cake payments are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of order date.

How should I store my cakes?
Our cupcakes will remain fresh and moist for 2 to 3 days if stored at room temperature in our box or an air tight container. Refrigeration may cause the cake or cupcakes to dry out. DO NOT store in high heat temperatures, your frosting will melt.

Do you offer Keto, Vegan, or Dairy/Sugar/Gluten Free Cupcakes?
At this time we are offer a limited amount of Vegan cupcakes daily and Gluten Free-Friendly cupcakes every Thursday in-store. They may also be ordered with a 24 hour notice which is recommended, a minimum of a Half dozen gourmet or and two dozen mini-size.

Is your store a nut/gluten/dairy free environment?
While we offer gourmet cupcakes without nuts and/or gluten, all of our desserts are made fresh every day in the same kitchen. Though safety and sanitation are of the utmost importance to us, the potential for cross-contamination does exist. Our kitchen regularly prepares items with peanuts, tree nuts, nut oils and butters, and gluten, and therefore, cannot be certified as a nut-free or gluten-free product

Does SmallCakes offer price breaks for large volume orders?
Yes, we do offer various pricing on our cupcakes. Discounts start at our Four Pack.
One Cupcake: $3.75
Regular Dozen: $37.50 of any cupcakes of your choice (That's two cupcakes FREE!)
